Refund & Return Policy

Order Accuracy: Be sure to select the correct size, color, and other specifications when placing your order to prevent returns and exchanges.

Initiating a Return or Refund:

  • Provide your order number, the item(s) to be returned, and the reason for the return.

Return Eligibility: 

  • The returned item(s) should be in the original condition and packaging.
  • A receipt is required for every return.

Faulty, Not as Described, or Broken Items:

If the item is faulty, not as described, or broken, we are here to help. Please notify us immediately by contacting our customer support team at .

  • Provide us with detailed information and attach relevant images or videos of the item as received
  • Our team will assess the situation and determine the best course of action, which may include replacing the item or issuing a full refund.
Return Process: 
  • Package the product securely in its original packaging.
  • Ensure it's in the same condition as when you received it.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is needed to process a return.
  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.

- You can return the item by yourself or use the return label provided by Dinosaurized.

- If you use our return label, the shipping cost will be notified to you, and it will be deducted from your refund.

  • Provide the return tracking number once you ship the product.
Refund Process: 
  • On receipt of the returned product, we'll inspect it for its condition.
  • If it's in acceptable condition, we'll refund to your original payment method within 3 business days.
Refund Notification: 
  • You'll be notified by email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, the refund will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Order Cancellation: 
  • A cancellation request must be made within 12 hours of placing the order
  • Orders can only be canceled if they have not been fulfilled, and a management, processing, and transaction fee of 20% of the total order value will be applied for cancellation.
Missing or Late Refund:
  • Check with your bank and credit card company in case of a missing or late refund.

Refund Eligibility:
  • Regular-priced items can be refunded.
  • Sale items cannot be refunded.
  • Exchanges are only available for defective or damaged items.
  • Gifts can be refunded if marked as a gift and shipped directly to you.

Our return and refund policy applies to purchases made within the last 30 days from the date the customer received the product.
