We understand that purchasing online can be a bit intimidating, but we aim to make the process as smooth and stress-free as possible. Order Accuracy: Be sure to select the correct size, color, and other specifications when placing your order to prevent returns and exchanges.
Shipping Delays Compensation Policy:
We understand that timely delivery is important to you, and we strive to fulfill our orders as promptly as possible. Unfortunately, sometimes shipments get delayed due to unforeseen circumstances. These can include severe weather conditions such as snowstorms, wildfires, or storms, USPS maintenance activities, and lost packages, among other unexpected situations.
We want to assure you that, in these instances, we are committed to making things right:
For each business day delayed after the 14th day from your order date, we will refund you $0.5.
If the delay extends beyond 7 days from the expected delivery date, we will send you a complimentary $39.99 tactical belt as a gesture of our appreciation for your patience.
If your order takes more than 24 days to arrive, you will have the option to receive a full refund or a replacement item. In some cases, you may end up receiving both your original order and a replacement or refund.
Please allow us to take responsibility for these delays. We value your business and are dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction.
Initiating a Return or Refund:
Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to start the process.
Provide your order number, the item(s) to be returned, and the reason for the return.
The returned item(s) should be in the original condition and packaging.
A receipt is required for every return.
Faulty, Not as Described, or Broken Items:
If the item is faulty, not as described, or broken, we are here to help. Please notify us immediately by contacting our customer support team at email@example.com .
Provide us with detailed information and attach relevant images or videos of the item as received
Our team will assess the situation and determine the best course of action, which may include replacing the item or issuing a full refund.
Package the product securely in its original packaging.
Ensure it's in the same condition as when you received it.
A receipt or proof of purchase is needed to process a return.
Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.
- You can return the item by yourself or use the return label provided by Dinosaurized.
- If you use our return label, the shipping cost will be notified to you, and it will be deducted from your refund.
Provide the return tracking number once you ship the product.
On receipt of the returned product, we'll inspect it for its condition.
If it's in acceptable condition, we'll refund to your original payment method within 3 business days.
You'll be notified by email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
A cancellation request must be made within 12 hours of placing the order
Orders can only be canceled if they have not been fulfilled, and a management, processing, and transaction fee of 20% of the total order value will be applied for cancellation.
Missing or Late Refund:
Check with your bank and credit card company in case of a missing or late refund.

Regular-priced items can be refunded.
Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges are only available for defective or damaged items.
Gifts can be refunded if marked as a gift and shipped directly to you.
Our return and refund policy applies to purchases made within the last 120 days from the date the customer received the product. If a customer contacts us for a return or refund request beyond this time frame, we regret to inform you that we will be unable to issue a refund.
