Perfect to protect bikes at rest, but I would suggest avoiding usage on bikes loaded on a rack when you plan to drive on bumpy roads or at highway speeds. If you do you are risking damage to the cover, and in any case you need be very careful to allow proper slack at stress points, e.g., over the ends of handlebars, etc., to minimize friction from rack/bike movement. I had one rip at a seam and a strap broke for this reason but I don't fault the product since the nylon material/stitching is reasonable. I also could've been more careful when putting it on (hastily installed while it was raining prior to a long drive). Still, I would (and will) purchase this again when needed."

- No, the wind will blow the cover as the car is moving unless you tie down the cover with rope or similar.

- I would say no. It is not wide enough to enclosed se the two rear wheels
Will this cover allow me to lock my bike with a u-lock on the back tire?
- Yes - but, the U-lock won't go "through" the bike cover. Solution: lock your bike with any type of lock and then place the cover on top of the bike and the bike lock. No problem. The cover has a strap on the front end that you may run through the front tire in order to keep the cover from blowing away.
Can I use a U-lock with the size of the hole in the cover?
- The holes are large, app. 1-3/4" in diameter.
My bike doesn't have a kickstand and slides into a rack in the city. Will it still fit into the rack?
- Yes. It also has clips that can be fastened through the wheeles to hold it in place.
