How do I remove an item from my shopping cart?

You can remove items from your cart while on the 'Shopping Cart' page. To access this page, simply scroll to the top of the website and click on the small cart icon located on the right side

- On the shopping cart page, you can adjust the quantity of items by clicking on the 'minus (-)' or 'plus (+)' button located under the product's price. Please make sure to not proceed to checkout if you need to remove an item.

How do I make changes to the order I've just placed?

Unfortunately, we're unable to cancel or make any changes or cancel once it's been sent. But you can shoot us an email with order number to support@dinosaurized.com for minor changes within 24 hours since the order was placed. 


What is the ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival)?

Please note that it typically takes 3-5 business days to process an order before it is shipped. Delivery time can vary based on the product warehouse and delivery location, but it usually takes 3-14 business days for domestic shipping within the US and 10-21 days for international shipping. For more information on shipping and delivery, you can check our 'Track" page.


Keep in mind that due to transit delays with shipping carriers like USPS, tracking information might take longer to update than normal. You can still find your order tracking details with your order number here. We appreciate your patience as we work to get your shipments to you as soon as possible.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive an email notifying you with a monitoring number to track your order. * In some cases, this email went right into spam or promotions folders, so make sure to have a check done there if it feels like you have been waiting too long.


OR, simply enter your order information here at our Track Page and you’ll find your order shipping details. * Please note it usually takes 2-3 days for the tracking number updated by the provider’s system. If it’s not moving, possibilities are it's on the way.


Do you have international shipping line?

Yes, we offer international shipping. Please note that international shipping outside of the US can take 15-25 days for the order to reach your address. You will receive updates on your order shipping details via email

I never received items, what should I do?

We apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced with your order. Our delivery provider mainly uses USPS, but here are a couple of options we can offer if you have not received your items:

If your package has been marked as "Delivered" and it has only been a day or two, please wait a little longer. Sometimes, delivery providers may do a scan check before they hand the package over to you. It's also possible that your neighbor may have picked up the package by mistake.

If the tracking page has not been updated for an unusually long time, it's possible that the package has been lost "In-Transit." In this case, please send an email to support@dinosaurized.com so we can help you investigate the issue.

We are committed to providing the best customer experience and we will do everything we can to resolve this issue for you.

Will I be charged immediately after I place an order?

Yes, your card will be charged right away. We don't store payment information for security purposes.


Why won't my credit / debit card go through?

Please double check to ensure you're using the correct billing zip code associated with the credit card. Additionally, in order to pay with a credit card, your order must be above $0.50.

Returns & replacement

How can I return/exchange products? 

All of our products are applied for 30 Day Quality Assurance after the purchase date. If any problems risen throughout this time, most things * can be returned for a refund or exchange. All return/exchange things need to have been purchased from dinosaurized.com and should be returned in their initial condition (unwashed and unworn with tags).


* Items noted as last sale do not get approved for returns or exchanges, and also storage facility sale purchases. Please contact us at support@dinosaurized.com for more information.


How do I make a return/replacement?

Shoot us an email to support@dinosaurized.com with your order number, reasons why you want a return/exchange and pictures of the broken/damage or worn out items with full package.

You will receive an e-mail verification when your return/exchange has actually been processed (make certain to check your spam folder).


My bundle arrived damaged, what should I do?

We're sorry to hear that! Please send an image to our Customer Support Team at support@dinosaurized.com as well as include your order number so we can take a closer look as well as aid with a service!
