Shipping Delays Compensation Policy:
We understand that timely delivery is important to you, and we strive to fulfill our orders as promptly as possible. Unfortunately, sometimes shipments get delayed due to unforeseen circumstances. These can include severe weather conditions such as snowstorms, wildfires, or storms, USPS maintenance activities, and lost packages, among other unexpected situations.
Important Note:
During the peak season from November to December, with big events like Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and Christmas sales, there may be a 3-5 business day delay in delivery times due to high order volumes. However, we are committed to processing and shipping your order within 2-3 days.
We want to assure you that, in these instances, we are committed to making things right:
- For each business day delayed after the 14th day from your order date, we will refund you $0.5.
- If the delay extends beyond 7 days from the expected delivery date, we will send you a complimentary $39.99 tactical belt as a gesture of our appreciation for your patience.
- If your order takes more than 24 days to arrive, we will offer a refund of up to 50% and send a replacement at no extra cost. In some cases, you may receive both the original and the replacement, and if this happens, you’re welcome to keep the original as our gift without needing to send it back.

Initiating a Return or Refund:
- Email us at support@dinosaurized.co to start the process.
- Provide your order number, the item(s) to be returned, and the reason for the return.
Return Eligibility:
- The returned item(s) should be in the original condition and packaging.
Faulty, Not as Described, or Broken Items:
If the item is faulty, not as described, or broken, we are here to help. Please notify us immediately by contacting our customer support team at support@dinosaurized.co .
- Provide us with detailed information and attach relevant images or videos of the item as received
- Our team will assess the situation and determine the best course of action, which may include replacing the item or issuing a full refund.
Return Process:
- Package the product securely in its original packaging.
- Ensure it's in the same condition as when you received it.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is needed to process a return.
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.
- You can return the item by yourself or use the return label provided by Dinosaurized.
- If you use our return label, the shipping cost will be notified to you, and it will be deducted from your refund. Please contact us to obtain the return address. All returns must be approved by us first; otherwise, the package will be refused upon arrival. Thank you for your cooperation.
- Provide the return tracking number once you ship the product.
Refund Process:
- On receipt of the returned product, we'll inspect it for its condition.
- If it's in acceptable condition, we'll refund to your original payment method within 3-8 business days.
Refund Notification:
- You'll be notified by email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Order Cancellation:
- A cancellation request must be made within 12 hours of placing the order
- Orders can only be canceled if they have not been fulfilled, and a management, processing, and transaction fee of 20% of the total order value will be applied for cancellation.
Missing or Late Refund:

- Sale items cannot be refunded.
- Exchanges are only available for defective or damaged items.
- Gifts can be refunded if marked as a gift and shipped directly to you.

Our return and refund policy applies to purchases made within the last 30 days from the date the customer received the product.If a customer contacts us for a return or refund request beyond this time frame, we regret to inform you that we will be unable to issue a refund. However, we can offer a one-time exchange for a replacement item.
