"TLDR: Get this if all you need is a "just enough" pouch.
Actual review of bag/pouch:
Pros: It it really well made, spacious (but not TOO big), and will not be swinging around/falling off your plate carrier once you attach it properly.
Cons: If you are like me, this will be your fault; I have on my vest a three AR mag pouch that allows for two mags in each (So 6 mags on vest, 3 pouches, 2 per pouch) . I cannot look down and sort through what I have placed with my eyes (w/ vest on). While this is not an issue for me because I am not using it for a medical pouch, anyone else who is going to do so with a 6 mag setup on their plate carrier should reconsider. As such, this would make a poor medical pouch. However, if you have half a brain (and are not using it for a med pouch!), and utilize the elastic loops that can help secure items in the bag, you should know what you are grabbing within the bag and have no problem at all. It is a small pouch for essential small tools, not a full on tool box!"
